This document is being sent to well known women in the Gender Critical Community to (try to) create a new owenership structure for the Gender Critical Resources wiki.

It is a wiki,a collaborative hypertext environment, with an emphasis on easy access to and modification of information. A collection of web pages, which not only can be read, but can also be edited by the users directly and simply.

A place where gender critical resources can be saved, recorded and found. Where ideas can be developed and collaboration happen between Gender Critical people..

Gender Critical is an idea that came out of Radical Feminism and any resource for GC needs to address the concerns of radical feminist women. A resource set up and controlled by a man has no credibility in the radical feminist community

An ownership structure led by women of note in the GC community will have both credibility and the ability to publicise the existance of the wiki. Such a structure has to be independant of any man, including myself, who set up the wiki.

If a good ownership structure can be established, this can be announced to reddit/r/GenderCritical

The following roles exist and will need to be filled, although one person or group of people may be able to fill more than one role. Each role has the ability to do anything following roles can do.

• Benevolent Dictator - Overall ownership of GCR. Cannot be removed by anyone else, has the ability to remove or creat Hosting Admins.
• Hosting Admins - Have the ability to do admin tasks to do with the hosting of the wiki such as restore from backups change technonical configeration settings. They will have the ability to remove GCR Admins or create new ones.
• GCR Admin Has the ability to make wiki contributors into admins or remove other admins. May also edit technical pages such as the sidebar and template pages.
• GCR Moderator Has the ability to revoke GCR contributors ability to amend wiki pages to add new pages.
• GCR Contributor Has the ability to edit allmost all the wiki, add pages.
