The Custodian or Custodians have overall control of The Domain and the Hosting and consequently the wiki. The Custodians cannot be removed or replaced by anyone else, but can transfer the ownership to another person.

The Custodians are able to set up, and delete Hosting Admins and do any of the things Hosting Admins can do.
