Benevolent Dictator

The Benevolent Dictator (BD) has overall control of The Domain and the Hosting and consequently the wiki. The BD cannot be removed or replaced by anyone else, but can transfer the ownership to another person.

The BD is able to set up, and delete Hosting Admins and do any of the things Hosting Admins can do.
