Administrator

An administrator combines the roles of Hosting Admin and Gcr Admin

Hosting Admin

Hosting Admins, (and the Custodian) are able to do any administration of the hosting arrangement. This includes restoring the wiki from backups and restoring admin rights to the wiki if needed.

Gcr Admin

Gcr Admins have control over all wiki pages, including technical pages such as the sidebar and template pages.

They have the ability to make users into Admins or Moderators and revoke these privileges. They can also remove admin privileges from other admins.
