This fits my 19 year old son exactly. I would add ODD to #15 - oppositional defiant disorder, or something like it. Also, almost constant marijuana for a couple years. I don't know about #21 (Sissy-hypno, cartoons). However, given that he dresses like an anime Lolita, I suspect he watches this stuff. His interest in being a girl seems to be completely focused on looking feminine and provocative.
