He recently gave a interview on Triggernometry which was outstanding. I would encourage you to watch it on youtube. The interview was given in January of this year. He is definitely non-affirming and believes this behaviour is caused by a number of underlying issues. If he is not accepting new patients he may well be able to refer you to another provider. Best of luck. I know this is a very difficult road to travel.
